  1. Ok, how do I use the Quirk Card?
    Pretty much exactly as you use any other card. Just be sure to present this card and your ID proof to the server / manager before the final bill is prepared. Et voila, your discount will be applied to your final bill. Pay for the bill as you normally would and go home a little richer thanks to our on-the-spot savings.

  2. Any additional guidelines for Quirk Card Usage?
    Quirk Card partners are offering these discounts with the expectations that Quirk Cardholders follow the usage guidelines. Restaurants hate getting into arguments with customers and would rather stop working with Quirk than get into an argument with their customers.
    To keep the good times rolling, we need everyone to follow these usage guidelines:

    1. Always present the card to the restaurant before you ask for the bill. The partner restaurant may reject the card in case you present it after the bill is generated.
    2. Your ID Card is required at the time you present the card to the restaurant.
    3. You can avail 25% discount for up to 4 people. 5 people get 20%, 6 people 16.5%, 7 people 14.25%, 9 people 11% and 10 or more people get a 10% discount.
    4. Only 1 Card is accepted per table.
    5. Only 1 Card is accepted per group. Even if you are a group that is spread over multiple tables, only 1 Quirk Card will still be accepted.
    6. The discount is not applicable on cover charges or entry fees.
    7. The card is valid on restaurants in our partner list and not on other restaurant of the same chain, if any.
    8. The discount on your Quirk Card is not applicable on the Black Out Days: 25th & 31st December, 1st January and 14th February.
    9. You cannot combine other offers like Happy Hours with the discount on your Quirk Card.

  3. Are there any grounds for cancellation of the Quirk Card?
    Yes, the Quirk team reserves the right to cancel a users card without notice in case we find that a user has not been following our fair usage guidelines or has been engaged in disruptive behaviour at any of our partner restaurants.

  4. Is there a time when Quirk discounts are not applicable?
    Yes, when the partner establishment in question is under siege by ninja turtles and/or Valentine's Day (14th February), Christmas Day (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December) and New Year's Day (1st January). Oh, and also, you can't club the Quirk discount with any merchant or third party offers. Turns out, we're not Santa Claus.

  5. What is the Monthly Plan for Quirk Card membership and how can I enroll for it?
    For new users, a Quirk Card membership is available at a special price of Rs. 49 for the first 30 days as a trial, and Rs. 199 for the following months, charged every 30 days. For Quirk's existing users, a Quirk Card membership is available at a subscription price is Rs. 199, charged every 30 days. (An existing user is any user who has previously used a Quirk Card.) You can enroll for the Quirk Card subscription by registering on the Quirk website and selecting the 'Monthly Subscription' plan. Once you complete your payment successfully using your Paytm wallet, your subscription will be activated.

  6. How can I pay for this recurring subscription fee?
    You can pay for the recurring subscription fee through a Paytm Wallet or Credit Card. We encourage you to link a credit card to your Paytm wallet or make sure that you have sufficient balance each month to ensure we can charge you and you have uninterrupted use of your Quirk Card. Please note that Amex Cards are not allowed for recurring subscriptions.

  7. Can I pay through Net-banking, debit card or other payment methods than listed above?
    Unfortunately, no. The subscription service automatically charges you a recurring fee every 30 days and can only be captured through a Paytm Wallet at this point in time. We will update this section in the future if we add any other modes of payment.

  8. Do I have to subscribe every month or will my subscription get auto-renewed?
    Your subscription will be auto-renewed every 30 days until you cancel it from the Subscription section in your Profile page, or by contacting our Customer Care team at +91 7303553311 or care@lequirk.com. The Quirk Card team will not send any prior reminders before renewal of your subscription. The subscription fee is the recurring amount which you have agreed to pay Quirk and will be automatically charged to your respective mode of payment (Mobile wallet/Credit Card) every 30 days. You will receive a system generated invoice from Quirk once this fee has been deducted from your account. There will be NO refunds on the payments already made.

  9. How safe is my Credit Card / Mobile Wallet information with Quirk?
    Quirk doesn't collect any payment data on its website www.LeQuirk.com. All the payment related information, that you share while making the payment, is entered on the respective PCI compliant websites of the payment gateways and/or mobile wallet companies.

  10. What happens in case there is insufficient balance in my Mobile Wallet or my Credit Card expires?
    In case you have agreed to pay the recurring amount through your wallet, please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your wallet at all times. If the payment fails during first attempt, Quirk will attempt to deduct the payment amount again after 48 hours (2 days). If the 2nd payment attempt also fails, Quirk will make the 3rd and last attempt to deduct the payment amount again after 144 hours (6 days). After the 3rd attempt fails, Quirk will automatically cancel your subscription and you will be required to visit Quirk Website, the Subscription section on your Profile page or contact our Customer Care team at +91 7303553311 or care@lequirk.com to renew your subscription.

  11. How can I cancel my Quirk subscription?
    If you do not wish to continue your Quirk subscription, you can do it by following means:

    1. By logging into your Profile on the Quirk website and clicking on "Cancel Subscription" in the the Subscription section.
    2. By sending us an email on care@lequirk.com email ID with the subject being "Cancel Subscription" OR by calling us on Quirk Helpline No. +91 73035 53311 (11 AM - 7 PM, Mon-Fri) at any point within your subscription membership period and no later than 6 PM on the working day preceding your renewal date. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

  12. My card is not working. WTF?
    Keep calm and call us on +91 7303553311, or drop us a mail at care@lequirk.com and we'll have it sorted in a jiffy.

  13. Um. I just got less than the promised 25% off at a restaurant. Care to explain?
    So, the 25% off is applicable to a maximum of 4 guests per table. We just assumed that's the average number of friends / family a human can have. Kidding. We'll hook you up, no matter the size of your tribe. Just differently. Hopefully, the table below should help. Hope your math's good!

  14. I'm holed up at home waiting for my card. When will it get here?
    We get you - delayed gratification is so 2007. It usually takes about 7 to 10 days for your physical card to make it to you, but you can use the digital version of your Quirk Card in our Android and iOS apps immediately after purchase!

  15. Don't you guys have an App? What does it do?
    Yes, we do have apps for Android and iOS (sorry Windows users, maybe later?). You can use the Quirk app to:

    1. See the latest list of Restaurants and Perks partners for your Quirk Card.
    2. Use a digital version of the Quirk Card.
    3. View your Perks codes, total savings and transaction history.
    4. Hear about the best and latest offers in Bangalore.
    5. And much more!

  16. Can I buy the card as a gift for someone?
    Of course you can! Just make sure to enter their name at checkout and not yours.

  17. Is the card valid at all outlets of chains?
    Unfortunately, not at this point but we're working on it. For now, the card is valid at select outlets of our partner restaurants. Find the list here.

  18. Does the Quirk Card work its magic on buffets as well?
    Someone's got an appetite! Yes, you can now enjoy 25% off at all-you-can-eat buffets at our partner restaurants.

  19. Can I use my Quirk Card in other cities where it's available?
    We're working overtime to make that happen. But, for now, the card is valid only in Bangalore.

  20. Is the discount inclusive of Service Tax?
    Given that the government is in charge of the Service Tax, you can only imagine how they would react if we tried to include it in the discount! Hint: Not well. The discount will be applied before levying the Service Tax on the final amount.

  21. How do I deactivate my card?
    Oh that's easy - all you gotta do is contact our trusty, helpful customer care team on +91 7303553311 or care@lequirk.com anytime between 9.00 AM to 12.00 Midnight and they'll get right on it.

  22. I've lost my card/someone stole my card... Help!
    No worries. First, contact our customer care people on +91 7303553311 or care@lequirk.com. Second, have a beer and relax. We'll take care of it.

  23. Does my Quirk card guarantee me a reservation / table?
    Ah, if only. The Quirk card does not, unfortunately, guarantee a reservation but we're sure your awesome self can manage that all by yourself.
